Using the Restorative Practices (RP) process - individuals, families and communities have an opportunity to shift their mindset by being exposed to a strategic, intentional and collaborative approach with building relationships, supporting community and repairing harm. Professional Development/supports are available in the following areas:

Experience a thorough introduction to restorative practices during this initial journey of Restorative Practices.

Parent Engagement sessions are tailored for parents and teachers to discuss and work through strategies that benefit the whole child.
Utilizing researched best practices, 15 + years of educational experience and an active hands-on approach TME has sessions ranging from 45 minutes to 4 hours of high energy, high impact strategies that teachers can immediately use in their educational practice.
Ms. Taylor enjoys navigating opportunity to its fullest. She is a native of Shelby County and graduate of Millington Central High School. LeTicia received degrees and endorsements from Tennessee State University, Trevecca Nazarene University and Lipscomb University. Her restorative journey unknowingly began as a child and was strengthened while ploughing through the Nashville educational landscape. Ms. Taylor enjoys new adventures and will continue as a servant leader for years to come.
